We serve all of Massachusetts and Connecticut. For locations beyond a 50-mile radius of 01056, we apply a $0.25 per mile travel upcharge.

We provide aerial drone photography, aerial video, real estate walkthrough and flythrough video, and professional editing for listings, marketing, and events.
- Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. I am an FAA certified drone pilot and carry comprehensive commercial drone liability insurance.

Common projects include residential and commercial real estate, business marketing content (web/social), and special events like weddings and venues.
- How do I request a quote?

- What are your starting prices?
Packages start as low as $175. Final pricing depends on the property/site, travel, and the deliverables you need.
- What’s included in the $175 starting package?
Typically 6–10 aerial photos from multiple heights/angles plus 1–2 creative short videos. Additional deliverables (interior/exterior ground photos, walkthrough video, floor plans) are quoted separately.
- How long does a shoot take?
Most shoots are efficient and planned in advance; the on-site time depends on property size, flight conditions, and the shot list. We’ll confirm an estimated time window when scheduling.
- What’s your turnaround time?
Turnaround depends on the scope of the shoot and editing needs. We’ll confirm delivery timing with your quote so you can plan your listing/marketing schedule. Our overall goal is 24-48 hours after the shoot.
- What deliverables will I receive (formats and resolution)?
We deliver polished photos and video exports ready for MLS, websites, and social media. If you have specific brokerage/MLS requirements, tell us up front and we’ll match them.
